There is an old African Proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child." This saying sits so deeply with me since having my own children. So many of us live far away from our families and our support systems can be so limited.
I have a passion for helping people which suits my career as an occupational therapist. Build Your Village, intends to be a support system that helps you to manage your stress, pain, rehabilitation of injuries and to encourage practical strategies for managing home life, work life and engaging in your hobbies.
